Constance Babington-Smith was born on the 15th October 1912 in Great Britain and died in 2000.

She worked as an interpreter for aerial reconnaissance imagery in the allied interpretation unit in Medmenham (Great Britain).

Her success started with the discovery of the V1 production facility at Peenemünde.

She also discovered the subterranean factory "REIMAHG". It held such an importance for her that she made notes about it.

She wrote about the work during the Second World War in her books "Air Spy" and "Evidence in Camera".
