Yesterday we went on an excursion to Hummelshain. Rainer Bertelmann from TIM, the Tante Irma Museum, had once again invited to one of his always interesting lectures. This time it was about “The Secret Powers of Proverb”. The teahouse was occupied to the last chair, people smiled and laughed or in chorus the audience added the proverbs
It was, as always, a very informative lecture.
Our association has been friends with Rainer for a long time, we help and support his work where we can. One can only admire him and his club for their commitment. This year we also had a lecture in the fully occupied tea house, the topic concerned the history of the New Palace as a company and DP hospital of the former “REIMAHG” plant. A very detailed book on this will be published soon.
